You’ve seen the Eclipse, Spyder, and Gallant, so you know that Mitsubishi has the style and comfort to meet the demands of its customers. After all, owning a Mitsubishi of any kind means comfort and style, don’t you think? Of course, you do! You just may not want to admit it yet. While you’re considering how to answer that question, look at the Endeavor, Mitsubishi’s answer for the discriminating SUV buyer. From a distance, this sharp number could be mistaken for a minivan or even a station wagon, but it is indeed the ever-popular Sports Utility Vehicle. In spite of the recommended Premium gasoline for this model, it actually has better than average fuel economy for a Sports Utility Vehicle at 17 mpg city driving, and 23/22 mpg highway driving, based on either 2 wheel drive or 4 wheel drive respectively. This particular specification pertains to the 2006 Endeavor, so if you decide to purchase the 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor, there may very well be a slight difference, though it shouldn’t vary substantially.
Now, of course, this is Mitsubishi, so you know that you’re going to come home with a quality import, no doubt about it. And quality means that you won’t be putting out all that money into repairs on your Endeavor that you have be used to putting out on that American-made SUV that you have been driving. Even the 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor is going to give you lower repair bills simply because it’s an import, and experience tells you that imports cost less in repairs over the life of the vehicle. Certainly, the initial cost is going to be more, with the Endeavor costing almost $27,000 without options, but don’t you pay more for a Cadillac than an Escort? Of course, you pay more for an Escalade than an Explorer, don’t you? It comes down to getting what you pay for. That’s not to say that an Explorer is not a good SUV, but we’re not talking about Ford here, we’re talking about Mitsubishi, and more exactly, we’re talking about the Endeavor and how much you want to own one. You didn’t say that? Oh, of course you did, you just don’t want to admit that you said it. HA! You’ve been caught, and now it’s time for you to head to your Mitsubishi dealership and take an Endeavor for a test drive.
Wait! Why are you still sitting in that chair? Get up off your bum and get to the dealership before you change your mind! No excuses – the Super Bowl is over now, the food and beer are gone, so you can go. Oh, yeah, if you just finished the game as you’re reading this, it’s Sunday night, and they’ll be closed. Okay, you have until Saturday in case you work night work, but by next Saturday, you need to be at that dealership checking out which Endeavor you plan to take home with you. How do I know you’re going to take it home? Because as soon as you take it for a test drive, cruise down the highway with it, you are going to fall in love with this sharp number, but you need to hurry or by the time you get to the dealership, the one that touches your heart will be gone, and you’ll have to wait until another one arrives. You don’t want that to happen, do you? No? Then get moving before it’s too late!
